CONTEST PERIOD: The almostGOLF Challenge: "Play It Anywhere Contest" ("Contest") sponsored by almostGOLF, LLC begins at 12:01 a.m. (all times are Eastern Time) on 09/15/09 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on 11/30/09 ("Contest Period").

ELIGIBILITY: At the time of entry you must be a legal U.S. resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and be at least 14 years of age. Contest is void where restricted or prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, you may enter this Contest via the Internet by logging on to www.youtube.com  and follow instructions to upload video submission from your You Tube account.  Videos must be tagged with almostGolf.   You must also register your submission at www.almostgolf.com.
Video Submissions must also comply with the YouTube Site's "YouTube Community Guidelines" http://www.youtube.com/t/community_guidelines for submitting video content.

ENTRY GUIDELINES:
Create an original video of where or how you play almostGOLF golf for a total maximum video length of no less than 20 seconds or no more than 2 minute.

ALL VIDEOS:
Videos must be produced in English and must be the sole original work of the contestant.
If you upload an image containing the likeness of anyone other than yourself, you must have prior permission from that person or that person's parent or legal guardian if a minor. Winner must submit all required releases Sponsor requests from all persons appearing in the winning Submission.
Submissions must comply with all site terms of use of the website where the Submission is posted.
All Submissions must be received by 11:59 p.m. on 11/30/09. Limit of one Submission per person or e-mail address.
Once submitted, a Submission cannot be modified. Incomplete, illegible, false or deceptive entries are void. Any attempt by any participant to submit more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Neither the Sponsor, nor the Contest Administrator will verify receipt of entries. All entries submitted become the sole property of almostGOLF, LLC and will neither be acknowledged nor returned. By participating in this Contest, all contestants agree that Sponsor shall have the right to use all personal information provided to Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify or reject any Submission, in its sole and absolute discretion, that it determines does not eligibility criteria.
Sponsor claims no ownership rights to Submissions, however by submitting a Submission, contestant gives Sponsor the right to display Submissions, in whole or in part, edited or unedited, in any medium whatsoever, without geographic limitations to promote this Contest and/or the Sponsor's products, without notice or additional compensation other than the prize mentioned in these Official Rules to the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or reject any Submission, in its sole and absolute discretion, that it determines does not meet eligibility criteria.
Submissions are subject to review by Sponsor and/or its agents at any time and may be declared void if, in the Sponsor's sole discretion, the contestant's Submission is deemed to (a) be indecent, (b) be offensive, (c) defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, (d) otherwise infringe upon any person's or third party's personal or proprietary rights, or (e) be not in keeping with the Sponsor's corporate image. As part of the registration process, contestants must certify that they have read these Official Rules and that they agree to be bound by said Rules.

JUDGING:
All Submissions will be judged on creativity and originality by almostGOLF LLC. Decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects.
Prize:
The potential Grand, Second and Third prize winners will be notified by mail, telephone, and/or email, in Administrator's sole discretion, on or about December 10, 2009. These potential Winners may be required to sign and properly execute additional documents related to participation in this contest and return them via facsimile (and subsequently by mail) to Administrator within 24 hours of attempted notification. If any documents sent to a potential Winner by any means are returned as undeliverable or if potential Winner fails to properly execute and return all documents described herein in the time noted, or if a potential Winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential Winner will be disqualified and the judges will determine who will be selected as the alternate potential Winner of the applicable prize based on the next highest scoring entry, as determined by the judges, and upon final approval of the judges.

Winner information will also be posted at www.almostgolf.com/contest  on December 10, 2009 through December 30, 2009.
